P. Zwart

Peter Zwart is the chief executive officer of Opportunity Investment Management plc. Peter's background is in finance, mergers and acquisitions and turn around management.

Peter was educated at the University of Leiden and took the advanced management programme at INSEAD.

Peter has significant experience as a board member and supervisory director of listed companies.

He has worked at AMRO Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers NV and Van der Moolen and since 2010 has been the chief executive officer of PNO Group BV.

Peter holds a number of non-executive directorships.

A. van Raak

Arnoud van Raak is a non-executive director of Opportunity Investment Management plc.

Arnoud has held a number of senior and board positions in substantial retail, wholesale and manufacturing companies across the Netherlands, including CEO of Habitat, director of Vendex KBB NV, director of V&D BV, one of the largest retail groups in the Netherlands, CEO of Light Hold BV and CEO of TCN, a retail development company.

Arnoud holds a number of non-executive directorships.

W.J. Bouma

Wytse Bouma is a non-executive director of Opportunity Investment Management plc and chair of the audit committee.

Wytse's background is in finance, private equity and corporate finance. Amongst Wytse's experience, he has been managing director of Fortis Private Equity Netherlands Holding BV, a senior consultant to KPMG Advisory in the Netherlands and chief financial officer at Cendris/PostNL, and has lead the restructuring practice of ConQuaestor.

Wytse is a member of a number of supervisory boards and advises start-up businesses.
