As announced on 7 February 2019, the Board intends to inform its shareholders by publishing the Annual Accounts over the year ending on 31 December 2018 on the website of the Company. These Annual Accounts can be found here. Please note that these accounts have not been officially audited.
As follows from these accounts, it will not be possible for the company to do a final distribution to its shareholders upon dissolution.
