The Board of Directors of OIM Plc informs the market about the appointment of two new Directors.
The BoD of the Company has lacked a sufficient number of independent Directors for some time due to the leaving of Mr Tom Ackerly and Dr Reinhard Krafft.
Mr Tom Ackerly, who served the Company as a Director and CEO for quite some time in the past, has agreed to be reappointed as a Director. Mr Ackerly has been appointed as a Director on the 5th May 2014 with immediate effect and will act as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr Santiago Kalf, an internationally experienced trading manager who holds an AFM license, has been appointed as a Director of the Company on the 5th May 2014 with immediate effect as well. .
