The Company and its auditors, Ernst & Young, are in the process of finalising the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the audit of the accounts. The accounts will be published as soon as practicable and the expectation of the Board is that the accounts will be published this month. If the accounts are not published by 31 May 2016, a further announcement will be made on or shortly after that date.
The 2016 Annual General Meeting is expected to be held before the end of June 2016. An announcement of the date will be made and notices will be posted shortly following the publication of the accounts.
