The Company and its auditors, Ernst & Young, have very nearly completed the process of finalising the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the audit of these accounts. The accounts will be published as soon as practicable and the expectation of the Board is that the accounts will be published within the next one or two weeks. If for unforeseen reasons, the accounts are not published by 14 June 2016, a further announcement will be made on or shortly after that date.
The 2016 Annual General Meeting is expected to be held at the end of June 2016 or at the start of July 2016. An announcement of the date will be made and notices will be posted simultaneously or shortly following the publication of the accounts.
