Outlook 2010 and payment of dividend - October 2010
The Board of Directors of Opportunity Investment Management plc considers it prudent to inform the market about a substantial increase in the operational result of the company over the full year 2010 as compared to that of 2009.
The profit contribution of the Fleischhauer Group to OIM over the first 9 months of 2010 was approximately doubled as compared to that over the first 9 months of 2009. This is partly due to an increase in profit as such, partly to the fact that the ownership of the Fleischhauer Group by OIM has increased from 60,6 % to 95,9 %.
The Board of Directors of the company has furthermore decided to grant a minor dividend (probably Euro 0,01 per share) over 2010, payable in January 2011.
