Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of OIM plc is pleased to announce that following the listing of the Company on September 30, 2010, Dipl.-Ing. Michael Hartung (47) has joined as a new Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Hartung is leading the Fleischhauer Group as a Managing Director since 2003 and has played a key role in the restructuring of the Group, which is OIM plc?s most important participation at this point in time. Mr. Hartung has been active in several positions within the Fleischhauer organization since 1993 and brings substantial industry experience to the Board.
He will play a significant role in the process of growing the business by autonomous growth as well as by acquisitions, especially in Germany.
