OIM Plc signs Letter Of Intent with Today’s Beheer & Brokers
The Board of Directors of OIM Plc is very pleased to announce that it has reached an initial agreement with Today’s Beheer & Broker Holding BV (“Today’s”) to acquire a 29.5% interest in the share capital of the Amsterdam based broker company.
Today’s is one of the Dutch leaders in Asset Management and Online Brokerage.
OIM Plc will invest € 1,3 million for new issued shares and expects to complete the transaction no later than April 15, 2012. After completion of the transaction, OIM Plc will hold a 29,5% interest in Today’s. The transaction is subject to approval of the governed local authorities.
The investment allows management and employees of Today’s to continue their growth strategy. The capital will be used to strengthen the balance sheet and will open possibilities in expanding Today’s Asset Management and Broker business through acquisitions.
