The board of directors is able to inform shareholders that the Company, its former directors Verhoef, Kalf and Ritskes ("Former Directors"), and Quivest BV, Mr Ritskes' company, have voluntarily reached a settlement of the contested legal proceedings in the Netherlands which were mentioned in the Company's press releases dated 16 October 2014 and 1 December 2014.
Under the settlement, the Former Directors will provide additional information and documentation to the Company and, with regard to other information and documentation requested of them which they state that they do not possess, have made a formal written statement to that effect.
This would conclude both the summary proceedings in The Netherlands as well as the proceedings before the district court of Haarlem, The Netherlands.
