The Company and its auditors, Ernst & Young, are still in the process of finalising the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the audit of the accounts. Previous recent announcements of the Company have explained the reasons for the delay in publishing the accounts. The Company expects to be able to publish the accounts and send them to shareholders with notice of the annual general meeting of the Company within the next 7 days and will either do so or make a further announcement.
