The Board of Directors of OIM Plc informs the market that it has received a TR 1 form through the law firm representing Budeste Maastricht BV, which shows that the number of shares Budeste Maastricht BV holds has been reduced on 4. June 2014 from 2,501,408 to 598,510 still representing 3.082 % of the shares of the Company.
The company received a TR1 announcement from Value8 N.V., a publicly listed company on Euronext Amsterdam, regarding their holding of 1,902,898 shares being 9.818% direct voting right as per 4th of June.
